本ポリシーは、Chrome拡張機能「Simple Quick Note」（以下「本拡張機能」）における 利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。開発者（以下「当方」）は、 利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、必要最小限の情報のみを取り扱います。
当方は、氏名・住所・電話番号・支払い情報・位置情報・閲覧履歴などの情報は取得しません。
メモや設定は、原則として利用者ご自身のブラウザ内（ローカルストレージ）にのみ保存されます。 共有機能を使わない限り、メモの内容が外部に送信されることはありません。
利用者が任意で「メール共有」機能を使用したときに限り、共有相手とメモを同期するため、 対象メモの内容・タイトル・関係するメールアドレスが当方の共有サーバーへ送信・保存されます。
当方は、取得した情報を第三者に販売・貸与しません。また、広告目的や 本拡張機能の機能提供と無関係な目的で利用・譲渡することはありません。 共有機能により、利用者自身が指定した共有相手にメモ内容が共有される場合を除きます。
本拡張機能は、広告の表示、行動追跡（トラッキング）、第三者の解析ツールによる 利用状況の収集を行いません。
共有サーバーとの通信はHTTPSにより暗号化されます。ただし、本拡張機能の共有機能は 少人数での利用を想定した簡易的な仕組みであり、パスワードによる厳格な本人認証は行っていません。 機密性の高い情報の共有にはご利用にならないようお願いします。
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、 本ページ上で告知します。

This Privacy Policy explains how the Chrome extension “Simple Quick Note” (the “Extension”) handles user information.
Your notes and settings are stored locally in your browser by default. Note content is not sent anywhere unless you explicitly use the sharing feature.
Only when you choose to share a note, that note’s content, title, and the related email addresses are sent to and stored on our sync server, solely to synchronize the note among the people you shared it with.
We do not display ads, track users, use third-party analytics, or sell or rent your information to third parties.
Local notes can be deleted within the Extension or by clearing your browser data. To request deletion of shared data, contact us at h_ito@beee-marketing.com.
